ISO 22320 – Emergency Management
ISO 22320 is an international standard that focuses on emergency management. It details the minimum requirements for an organisation to be able to provide an effective response to any incident.
It sets out the basic requirements for managing operational information, command, control and coordination in the midst of an emergency situation. It also specifies the systems of work and the collection and management of data, in order to provide relevant and accurate information.
